Regnum Sky Tower, Added Value to Çukurambar

The Regnum Sky Tower project, which will be a symbolic building on Mevlana Boulevard, where the heart of the business world beats, with its altitude and 150 meters of height, brings the concept of a "business and life center" to life for the first time in the capital.

Regnum Sky Tower, whose architectural project belongs to MSA Architecture, consists of 115 offices and 10 shops ranging in size from 58 to 209 square meters. Regnum Sky Tower, which will be the tallest office tower in Ankara when completed, is being implemented by OP Group and Canpa, which was established in cooperation with Uzaltaş AŞ and Öztürk Group. The aim of Regnum Sky Tower, which will also provide a solution to the problem of dues, one of the biggest problems of business centers, is to reduce operating expenses and to implement the "profitable office" system by turning the amount that companies will pay for dues into profit.

The project, located at the intersection of Mevlana Boulevard, ODTÜ Boulevard and Çukurambar, which are important business and life axes of Ankara, has a total construction area of ​​51 thousand m2 on a 8401 m2 land. The project consists of 3 basement floors + ground floor + mezzanine floor + 30 normal floors. The total building height is 150 meters including basement floors. The structure consists of 10-meter-high street stores and 4-meter-high modular office floors. This height goes up to 7.4 meters in some offices.
